Noir Volume II Discussion Thread

Postby Laca-Dread-sical! » Sun Oct 04, 2009 11:03 am

I figured for the sake of getting this somewhat organized I'd start this thread.
NOTE: This is not the actual thread just a format for discussing where and when it's going to be.
First off can I (for the sake of the summary) get everyone's name as well as a plot summary of the first one (so far).

Noir Deux Discussion Thread

Postby Owen » Sun Oct 04, 2009 7:25 pm

As discussed, this thread is here to help keep track of the second volume of the Noir. If all goes well, we should have discussion and maybe even regular plot summaries posted in here.

Ready, set - go! But not yet, because we haven't started.
Problem? Thoughts on how to improve the forum? Hit the suggestions thread!

Threads unlocked, and merged.

Let's start things off by talking about the end of the first Volume. Maybe with a nice cup of Wasusy Brand Coffee.

EDIT: Made my first chapter.
Remember our bargain, wizard.

Just a thought or two to deal with Seamus' first post.
Spoiler:
Okay, Seamus. According to your post, we involved in the fight disappeared for the last two weeks. I figure we all got teleported to different places with some kind of significance to us mentally. The journey could have been instantanious, or we could just be coming back from the "Void".
Just my thoughts, by the way.

I think different wheres and whens within the city would be good, instantaneous for us, but not for the people uninvolved.
Neither rhyme nor reason will make us think the same.

I like the sound of that. Especially if some people have multiple places they go...

Erm... Isn't time screwy in Wasusy anyway? I can't imagine two weeks is going to make a huge difference, when you concsider that it's been three days for me and I think a month for batman in the thread so far. But then again, that could be an interesting subplot.
But I doubt it.

I decided that Clara didn't go anywhere because she was totally out when "it" happened. I thought about having her end up in the tenement her mother used to rent, but honestly I didn't want to deal with some random people being all AUGH WTH THERE IS SOME CHICK BLEEDING ALL OVER MY KITCHEN FLOOR AUGH WHERE DID SHE COME FROM AUGH CALL THE PO-POZ

Anyway, way to teleport all over the dang place and leave some babe dying on the docks, you guys (jk jk)

So you'd BETTER all like how everyone scattered, because I maybe definitely just established that that's what happened.
G: Like helplessness experiments. That's the biggest problem in zombie apocalypses. People who survive will always eventually come to question why they bother.
Seamus: The biggest problem in zombie apocalypses is poor planning and not enough ammo.
