The Noir Gallery

Can you art folks post the pictures you drew for volume one? We should have a gallery or something.

This is the official gallery (and artistic discussion) for all Noir-ness.

I'll kick us off with a picture of the P.I. I snagged from 42th's account.

I need to try my hand at drawing Veil at some point.
But I doubt it.

Porcupine did a fantastic picture of the group, the way she basically portrayed me in it was exactly what I wanted. I think it was Porcupine anyway

Nice. I think I like "Crazy Dame Shoots Hobo" best. :D

So, a noir gallery huh? I had a version of 42th, although it turned out to be somewhat ... inaccurate?

OH NINTERN YOU BEAT ME TO IT. ;)

I'm flattered that you dug it out (and called it famous, of all things), but the other half of me is shrieking BURNNN ITTTT because I'm not terribly fond of that work.
On a related note, I snitched pieces of your PI's anatomy to rework him, and I liked that version better. Always so inspirational, you. :)

There was a newer version with Fonesca, Owen, RACHE, and Veil, but I didn't like Fonesca's and Owen's costume designs, so here's the right half! ugh :[
I'm okay with Veil and the alterations on RACHE's costume, but I don't much like his face. MEH.

Nintern! It bears saying that I admire your drawing for its detail and cleanliness.

AND YES there is another attempt in progress. This time, it's dynamic! Oh goodness what have I wrought.
Started only an hour or two ago, so things are still terribly rough and there are characters missing (notably: Batman, Fonesca, Veil, Ohm, and Dread - the former four because I've yet to get there and the latter one because I don't know wth it looks like).

Don't anticipate much.
Organic PI and Robin. Didn't realise Robin looked this funny until now. FIXING.
Seamus, MetalNinja, Owen. This is a party! Folks hold cups of coffee and stand around. Owen was in a turtleneck before, then this, then got to be twinsies with MetalNinja because they're in the same line of business and stick together two by two hands of blue.
Lombardo: Your eyes are a work in progress. You shouldn't be looking this Asian.

Leaving this alone for a few days, now, because there are midterms to be taken and then I'm going HOME, wewt.

Fonesca and Veil: Is it against the character's moral values to play billiards?

I resubmit my request that somebody with a computer painting program do their own awesome version, because there's only so many souls an 8.5x11 can hold.
