January discussion thread

Remember when your parents told you your dog got sent to a farm? This is that farm, except it's full of old monthly discussion threads.

Also -- is Dr. McNinja on the way out? It seems that Hastings is working on another highly-detailed webcomic, and if there's already not enough time for Doc...

Actually, looking back on that comic, he seems to respond to Judy's verbal statements. So he doesn't just know sign language, he's actually learned to talk to the animals, Doolittle-style.

Must be a ninja trick.

No wonder he's so disappointed in his son. Dan can speak to gorillas and his son doesn't even bother to learn basic signs. What a jerk.

With Dan, I think it's just that Judy can understand human speech -- even if she isn't capable of duplicating the sounds herself.

So how does King Rad use those goggle-things over his shades?

CSI: Radical Style

I wonder why King Rad is studying human corpses? What could he be looking for that centuries of human doctors haven't found?

Signs of intelligent life? . . .

It sort of looks like it's got ninja clothing, maybe it was one of the zombie ninjas?

I believe you're correct. It has those cool leather bindings around the forearms. Why would Rad be interested in the zombies? Is it the immortality serum?

More importantly, why did the dead ninjas decompose so rapidly, while the 200-year-old corpose of Ben Franklin still had enough flesh to be mistaken for his recently-deceased clone?
