So, people of the forums, lets get some gaming discussion going here! Owen and I were were talking about how the Wii is a good console , there just haven't been any good games for released recently.

I agree, and many of the new games make little use of it's wiiness.

But on another note, for it's influence over the time and timeless playability DooM: best game ever? Yes.
XYZ The Z chromosome gives me superpowers, or down-syndrome. I forget which.

I haven't played any games on the Wii that make good use of the motion controls. I've only played a handful of games, but they all seemed to use the controls in really gimmicky ways.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption makes really good use of the Wii controls as an FPS. Also, Twilight Princess had pretty good sword controls.

My favorite two Wii games are Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Resident Evil 4.

I've played Brawl, and the Wiimote was terrible for it.

Of course it is. The N64 controller was messed up, though. I mean, the design worked fine, it was just weird looking.

Did anyone ever use that left bit? I only ever used the middle one and the right one.
