I read that, and decided I'd come back when I had something to say. I... still don't know what to say.

Good on him, I suppose. I like the idea, but I doubt it would work in practice - I don't want to say any more than that lest I turn this into the Politics Thread and annoy everybody :D (This kind of discussion is, of course, positively welcomed in the Politics Thread).

O.O
G: Like helplessness experiments. That's the biggest problem in zombie apocalypses. People who survive will always eventually come to question why they bother.
Seamus: The biggest problem in zombie apocalypses is poor planning and not enough ammo.

I can't wait to see all the crime on those islands. Especially violent crime.

Or, it could just be a bunch of rich people flaunting their money at each other.

Either way, fun to watch.

Violent crime is not fun to watch. People will bring their children, right? Jesus, it's really scary to think about.

Guys nowhere does it say there aren't going to be any laws.

I'd say it's this part:

Andrew Ry...er, PayPalGuy wrote:The idea is for these countries to start from scratch--free from the laws, regulations, and moral codes of any existing place.

That's setting off alarm bells. And this part too:

PayPalGuy wrote:And they will not actually try to stop us until it's too late.
